A small ceremonial event took place at the National Centre for Animal Health (NCAH) on the afternoon of 19 July 2023. The event was organized to mark the transfer of responsibilities in the Laboratory Services Unit (LSU) and the Drug, Vaccine, and Equipment Unit (DVEU) to new unit heads. Dr. NK Thapa handed over the LSU to Ms. Puspa Maya Sharma, while Ms. Karma Pelden Zangmo, who is soon resigning from the service, handed over the DVEU to Dr. NK Thapa. The management extended their best wishes to the newly appointed unit heads, expressing support for their upcoming roles.
Later in the evening, the management hosted a customary event to bid farewell to Ms. Karma Pelden Zangmo, who had served at the Centre for the past three years and will soon be resigning from the service to embark on a new journey in her life. The gathering allowed colleagues and the NCAH family to express their gratitude for her dedicated service. Heartfelt words and memories were shared, accompanied by warm wishes for her future endeavors. The NCAH family wholeheartedly wished Ms. Zangmo success in achieving her dreams and pursuing her aspirations beyond her time at the Center.
