The National Centre for Animal Health hosted Dr. Stephen K. Smith, a veterinary pathologist and Assistant Laboratory Director from the Montana Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, USA, along with Mr. Audrey, a software developer, during their visit to Bhutan.
Dr. Smith, with his extensive expertise in veterinary anatomy, pathology, laboratory administration, quality management systems, and IT solutions—particularly in laboratory information management systems (LIMS)—engaged with NCAH staff, sharing valuable insights and discussing potential collaborations to enhance diagnostic and laboratory services.
